Fable England’s return policy

Fable England is committed to providing great customer service. If you have a problem with your order please contact us via email on help@fableuk.com stating your order number, relevant product number, fault or problem and your contact details. We will reply with instructions on how to return your item or whether we need you to email a photo of the product. Or alternatively call our customer service team on 020 3397 5880.

Please notify us within 14 days in the case of non delivery, shortage, incorrect items, faults or damages. Fable accepts returns of faulty items only, not items that are ordered and not liked. Due to hygiene reasons and in compliance with EU regulation, we cannot take earrings back unless faulty. Fable will accept items that have a genuine manufacturing fault that are brought to our attention in a timely manner. Fable does not offer a warranty to any customers to whom you resell our products and we cannot be held accountable for damages that result from misuse of the product. Please note that credit notes and promotional vouchers cannot be used at the same time. Promotional vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

If you have been advised to return the items, please fill in a returns form (this should be included with your order). Fable offer credit notes on returned items. A credit note is valid for a year and can be used online at the checkout. Returned goods must be in original packaging and not used. We do not offer replacements. The credit process can take up to 15 working days. We recommend using 2nd class Royal Mail for small returns. Please keep your proof of postage. For a large volume return (above 1.5kg) please contact us before postage. Please contact us before returning items so we can offer the most suitable advice.

First order return policy
You can return your first order (website orders only) for any reason quibble free, provided it is returned within 7 working days and the products are not used and are in new and resalable condition with original packaging. You will receive full refund/credit note after the return is received and checked; Refund/Credit takes up to 15 working days to be processed. The refund does not include any postage from both sides.
*Please note, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, according to EU regulations.
