    How soon will I get my order?

    Orders are usually dispatched the same day if payment is received by 12.00pm Monday-Friday. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Occasionally we can be extra busy (usually on Mondays) and may dispatch your order the following day.

    If you have time critical orders, please try to place your order earlier or contact us if you have special requirements.

    For Mainland UK orders, delivery is within 2 days (we use DPD or DHL - 96-98% of the time delivery is next day). For Republic of Ireland orders, please allow 3 days.

    Important

    Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

    From 01/01/2021, EU customers might be subject to import duty, VAT and customs clearance admin charges by courier, in each country locally, Fable England (Supamax Ltd) will not charge VAT from the UK side. The import duty is based on value of the order and shipping cost, and import duty rate and product, for fashion accessories is about 3%-8%, VAT is set by each country locally. Admin charge is determined by the courier and each country, range from £4 to £12.
